Welcome to the Haverstraw Ambulance Corps, Inc. website. We are located in Haverstraw, NY which is about 30 miles North of New York City in Rockland County. Our Corps serves areas in the Town of Haverstraw which include Haverstraw, West Haverstraw, Garnerville, Thiells, Pomona as well as portions of Stony Point. Our Corps also covers sections of Harriman State Park and the Palisades Interstate Parkway.

Our Mission:

Haverstraw Ambulance Corps, Inc. mission is to provide quality Emergency Medical Care and treatment of the sick and injured to persons in the Town of Haverstraw, Rockland County, NY; to provide treatment consistent with our level of training and certification as New York State EMT-Basics; and to provide transportation to the most appropriate local hospital facility.

Volunteering with Haverstraw Ambulance Corps, Inc. can be one of the most rewarding experiences of your life. We are currently looking for those who are willing to make a commitment of a little of their time in return for the rewards of knowing that you are truly making a difference in your community.
No experience is necessary, we will provide all of the necessary training and equipment.
